Mosaic Learning, Inc., is located just outside of Washington, DC, in Greenbelt, Maryland. We have developed educational programs for clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Our instructional designers bring a concern for both the student and the teacher to their work. We have been teachers as well as students for many years. Mosaic Learning offers adult education programs, designed and developed by professional educators who believe in their work.
As individuals, we are multi-talented. Our writers understand computers. Our artists understand digital and print media. Our instructional designers understand project management. Our managers understand teaching.
As a group, we are educators who know what it takes to teach. We are learners who know what it takes to teach us. We work with subject matter experts to convert expert knowledge into effective learning events. We are good at what we do because we believe in what we do. Each of us brings one or more talents to bear on one goal.
That goal is to design education for adult students. We are good at what we do because we are adult educators; we are adult students, and we like being both.
Mosaic Learning received an Excellence Award from the Society for Technical Communications (STC). STC is an international professional society dedicated to advancing the theory of practice and practice of technical communication.
Prior winners of this award include such groups as the National Institute of Health (NIH), Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab, Hughes Network Systems, Siemens AG, the U.S. Department of Labor and other international organizations, corporations, and government groups.
