Carol has 20 years of client and project management experience in the testing and education industry. As Client Solutions Manager, she focuses on understanding client’s business needs and working with the applications development team to build a custom solution. Carol’s expertise is in balancing business needs with cost and budget to deliver high quality systems that add great value to the client’s organization. Prior to joining Mosaic Learning, Carol worked as a Program Manager for Internet Testing Systems where she managed online test administration that measured student learning outcomes for global higher education testing programs. She also has extensive experience managing computer-based test administration programs for professional licensure organizations. Carol graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Marketing and has an MBA from Loyola University Maryland. Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
