MOSAIC Learning’s approach piques the curiosity of the participant through novel learning concepts and dispatches the student on a voyage of sorts using a multi-dimensional approach.

Our methodology is based on the following four pillars:

  1. Challenging assumptions by recognizing that doubt, as opposed to certainty, is the driver of learning.
  2. Perpetual discovery and improvement using all tools at your disposal.
  3. Reflective observation by watching, synthesizing, experiencing and learning.
  4. Universally applying the real world immersion and sense of urgency that is otherwise reserved for the training of individuals engaged in life and death occupations.

MOSAIC Learning's iterative learning process provides on-going training and support to increase retention and generates a greater Return on Investment.

On December 17, 1903, the Wright brothers flew the first engine-powered plane into the air. This great feat was based on years of tinkering with motors and bicycles, observing birds in action and conducting extensive tunnel experiments and glider tests to better understand the mechanics and theory of flight.

When asked about their success, Orville Wright exclaimed, "We were lucky enough to grow up in an environment where there was always much encouragement to children to pursue intellectual interests; to investigate what ever aroused curiosity."

Over time, it became clear that there was a real need for training devices to help pilots acclimate to airplanes without having to actually use the real plane, saving time and money and safely creating a wide range of in flight scenarios.
